REFORMA DEL PENSAMIENTO DE LA GERENCIA EDUCATIVA

RESUMEN

La finalidad del proyecto de grado es de generar conocimiento en cuanto a reformar el pensamiento en la gerencia educativa del líder directivo desde el enfoque transdisciplinar en la Escuela Técnica Industrial “Ezequiel Zamora” del municipio Barinas, Estado Barinas. Para tal fin, se consideró como naturaleza de la investigación el paradigma cualitativo, enfocado en lo fenomenológico,  generando a partir de la hermenéutica dialéctica la comprensión de los significados provenientes de la subjetividad compartida, tanto de los autores con sus diversos pensamientos y de los informantes claves. La población estuvo conformada por tres (03) directivos del contexto de estudio. A los mismos, se les realizó una entrevista en profundidad como técnica de recolección de información para establecer el sistema categorial y subcategorial que representó la alocución de los actores y la revelación de los hallazgos. La realidad develada permitió demostrar la necesidad de la criticidad y reflexión, para la teorización del nuevo discurso asumido desde la complejidad del contexto gerencial educativo.

THOUGHT REFORM OF THE EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT

 

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the grade project is to generate knowledge in terms of reforming the thinking in the management of the educational leader from the transdisciplinary approach in Escuela Técnica "Ezequiel Zamora" (a technician high school) in Barinas Municipality, Barinas State. to reach this goal, it was considered as the nature of the investigation, the qualitative paradigm, focused on the phenomenological, generating from the hermeneutic dialectic understanding of the meanings from the shared subjectivity, both the authors with their various thoughts and the key informants. The population was composed BY three (03) school princiapls in the context of study. they underwent an in-depth interview as a technique for gathering information to establish the subcategorial and categorial system that represented the speech of the actors and the disclosure of the findings. The unveiled reality enabled the author to demonstrate the need for the criticality and reflection for the theorization of the new discourse assumed from the complexity of the managerial educational context.
