ESTRATEGIAS ORGANIZACIONALES ORIENTADAS AL DESEMPEÑO EFICAZ DEL GERENTE EDUCATIVO

              RESUMEN 

Entender  la organización escolar como sistema abierto, implica la acción de alcanzar objetivos, planificar, organizar con claridad, orden, disposición y coherencia en todo aquello que beneficie el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje abarcando más allá del ámbito de la escuela e incorporando a la comunidad. De allí que el objetivo de la investigación haya sido  el de proponer estrategias organizacionales orientadas hacia el desempeño eficaz del gerente educativo de los Centros de Educación Inicial de La Parroquia Barinitas, Municipio Bolívar, Estado Barinas. El estudio se enmarcó en la modalidad del proyecto factible con apoyo en una investigación de campo de tipo descriptivo realizado en tres fases: Diagnostica, Factibilidad y Diseño. La población y la muestra estuvieron conformadas por 14 directivos de los centros de Educación Inicial de la Parroquia Barinitas. Se utilizo como instrumento de recolección de datos el cuestionario, mediante la aplicación de la escala de Likert. Los resultados permitieron concluir sobre lo importante de concebir la educación como un proceso de socialización, que amerita el abordaje participativo e integral de todos los que conforman el sistema educativo, en especial los directivos como gerente no pueden mantenerse en el ayer, sino que  requiere de líderes, creativos, comunicativos, innovadores, que conjugue la comunicación eficaz entre todos los miembros de la organización.

EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE ORIENTED EDUCATION MANAGER.

ABSTRACT

Understanding the school organization as an open system, involves action to achieve goals, plan, organize clearly, order, arrangement and consistency in everything that benefits the process of teaching and learning beyond the scope covering school and incorporating community . Hence, the aim of the investigation is to propose organizational strategies geared towards the effective performance of the education manager early education centers of La Parroquia Barinitas, Bolivar County, State of Barinas. The study was part of the modality of feasible project to support field research descriptive conducted in three phases: diagnostics, feasibility and design. The population and sample were made up of 14 directors of the centers of early education of Barinitas Parish. It was used as an instrument of data collection questionnaire, by applying the Likert scale. The results concluded about the importance of thinking about education as a process of socialization, it requires the participatory and integrated approach to all who make up the educational system, especially managers and manager can not stay in yesterday, but requires leaders, creative, communicative, innovative, which combines effective communication between all members of the organization.
