ACCIONES GERENCIALES PARA LA ALFABETIZACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA DE LOS DOCENTES DEL NÚCLEO ESCOLAR RURAL 608, MUNICIPIO OBISPOS, ESTADO BARINAS

RESUMEN

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer las acciones gerenciales para la alfabetización tecnológica de los docentes de Educación Primaria del Núcleo Escolar Rural 608, Municipio Obispos, del Estado Barinas. La investigación de naturaleza cuantitativa, de tipo descriptiva, apoyada en un diseño de campo. La población estuvo comprendida por cincuenta y tres (53) educadores, tomándose la totalidad de la misma para la muestra. Como técnica se utilizó la encuesta y, el instrumento fue un cuestionario estructurado con dieciséis (16) ítems con escalamiento Lickert. Para la confiabilidad del instrumento se aplicó la fórmula de Coeficiente (α) Alfa de Cronbach, y la validez a través de juicio de expertos. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que un alto porcentaje (43%) de los docentes desconocen el manejo de computadoras, pocos (34%) utilizan el internet y las redes sociales. Como conclusiones se obtuvo que: se carece de la aplicación de programas permanentes de actualización de conocimientos, perfeccionamiento y especialización de los maestros en cuanto a la tecnología. Las acciones gerenciales proporcionan al docente herramientas efectivas para el uso y manejo del computador porque se debe desarrollar un ser holístico y contar con profesionales que atienda a todas las demandas de una educación y una nueva sociedad.

MANAGERIAL OPERATIONS FOR THE TECHNOLOGICAL LITERACY OF TEACHERS BELONGING TO THE RURAL SCHOOLS NUCLEUS 608, FROM THE OBISPOS MUNICIPALITY, BARINAS STATE

SUMMARY

This research had as objective to propose some managerial actions for achieving the technological literacy of the teachers of the Primary Education level Rural Schools Nucleus 608 from the Obispos Municipality, Barinas State. This research of the quantitative nature is of descriptive type, supported in a field design. The population was including for fifty three (53) of teachers, taking as a whole of the someone for the sample. It was used the poll as the technique and the questionnaire as the instrument composed for sixteen items (16) of the Lickert Scale. For getting the Reliability of the instrument was applied the Formula Coefficient Cronbach and for getting the Validity, through Judgment of Experts. The findings obtained demonstrate that a high percentage (43%) of the teachers don´t have basic knowledge of the computer handling, and a few teachers (34%) use regularity the internet and the social webs. As conclusions was got that: lacks of the application of permanents programs of update of knowledge, perfecting and specialization of the teacher’s job regarding the technological area. The managerial actions provide to the teacher effective tools for the handling of the computer because it should be developed an holistic being it should count on some professionals that attend the whole demands of the education and a new society.
