ACCIÓN DIRECTIVA PARA EL
FORTALECIMIENTO PEDAGOGICO DE LAS DOCENTES

RESUMEN
El estudio tuvo como
propósito describir la acción directiva para el fortalecimiento pedagógico de
las docentes del nivel de educación
inicial del Municipio Escolar N°8, Obispos estado Barinas, tomando en
cuenta que las acciones pedagógicas y la
supervisión educativa es un hecho que contribuye a lograr el mejoramiento de
las instituciones. La investigación se
ubicó dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo
descriptiva, con la aplicación de un diseño de campo. El instrumento fue
la encuesta, tipo cuestionario, construida con ítems redactados de manera
afirmativa, con escalamiento Likert, de tres (03) alternativas de respuesta
Siempre, algunas veces y nunca, la muestra conformada por dieciocho (18)
docentes con funciones directivas. Validado por juicio de experto y la
confiabilidad con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Se manejó la estadística
descriptiva. Detectando que el
personal directivo se centra más en el trabajo administrativo, y en la solución
de problema en la institución y
comunidad, desconociendo las realidades pedagógicas en el ambiente de
aprendizaje. Se determinó la
necesidad que existe en los diferentes Centros de Educación Inicial en cuanto a formación y orientaciones
pedagógicas, ya que las jornadas realizadas no han sido efectivas y el valor que se le da al proceso pedagógico
no se relaciona con la visión de la institución.

The study was aimed to describe the
"managing action for the pedagogic strengthening of the teachers of
initial level education, of the School Municipality N° 8, Obispos of the
Barinas State". Considering that the pedagogic actions and the educational
supervision is a fact that contributes to the improvement of the institutions.
The investigation focused in the quantitative paradigm, of type descriptive,
with the appliktion of a field design.
The instrument was the survey type questionnaire, constructed with items of an
affirmative way, with scaling Likert, three (03) alternatives of answer:
Always, sometimes and never, the sample was shaped by eighteen (18) teachers
with managing functions. Validated by expert’s judgment and the reliability
with the Alpha of Cronbach coefficient, the descriptive statistician managed.
Detecting that the managing personnel centers more on the administrative work,
and on the problem solution on the institution and community, without knowing
the pedagogic realities in the learning ambience. There was established the
need that exists in the different Centers different of Initial Education as for
formation and educational guidance, since the realized days have not been
effective and the value that is given to the pedagogic process is not related
to the vision of the institution.
