RESUMEN

La importancia de la presente investigación se percibe en el hecho que se orienta al desarrollo de un análisis de las variables en estudio, fundamentadas en las concepciones teóricas. Es por ello que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer estrategias Gerenciales para el Crecimiento Profesional en los docentes del Liceo Bolivariano La Caramuca El Puente.  Este tipo de estudio se caracteriza por ser una investigación factible y de campo con una fase documental. La población estuvo constituida por diez (10) docentes del Liceo Bolivariano la Caramuca El Puente “Barinas Estado Barinas. Con respecto a la muestra estuvo representada por el total de los representantes de la población es decir, diez (10) docentes. Para el estudio diagnóstico se utilizó un instrumento con 15 items, dando respuestas sencillas, donde se pudo percibir que solo el 48% utilizan estrategias para el crecimiento profesional en los docentes. La gerencia puede verse como un campo de conocimiento en proceso de construcción, experimentación y sistematización que va configurando un perfil de gerente educativo con inmensos desafíos y retos en la gerencia educativa.

ABSTRACT

The importance of this research is seen in the fact that focuses on the development of an analysis of the variables under study, based on the theoretical concepts. That is why this paper aims to propose Management Strategies for Professional Growth Bolivarian High School teachers The Caramuca El Puente. This type of study is characterized as a feasible and field research with a documentary phase. The population consisted of ten (10) Bolivarian High School teachers the Caramuca The Bridge "Barinas State Barinas. Regarding the sample was represented by the total of the representatives of the population that is ten (10) teachers. For diagnostic study an instrument with 15 items was used, giving simple answers, where we could see that only 48% use strategies for professional growth of teachers. Management can be seen as a field of knowledge under construction, experimentation and systematization is shaping educational profile manager with immense challenges and challenges in educational management.
