RESUMEN
En el
mundo de hoy, los sistemas educacionales necesitan modernización, decisión y
voluntad para el cambio en las instituciones educativas, a fin de elevar su calidad
por su incidencia en el crecimiento social, económico y en el desarrollo
individual del hombre. De allí que el estudio se haya focalizado en el proyecto
factible y el diseño en un estudio de campo. La población constituida por
treinta (30) docentes y la muestra por la totalidad de la población. La técnica
e instrumentos de recolección de datos se basó en una encuesta tipo
cuestionario. El instrumento fue validado por 3 expertos, y la confiabilidad se
obtuvo aplicando el coeficiente de Cronbach (Alfa). Los resultados obtenidos se
centraron que aproximadamente un 67 % expone que la organización no provee los
recursos necesarios, tiempo, personal, fondos materiales y facilidades para
desarrollar a gusto el trabajo y en el análisis de las preguntas se observa que
el 85 % de los educadores manifiesta que el gerente no propicia relaciones
interpersonales armónicas que fortalezcan el trabajo en equipo las conclusiones
señalaron que la gerencia no configura una cultura que promueva el aprendizaje
continuo, donde se comparta el trabajo y experiencias con los pares. Existe la
necesidad de la reconstrucción y activación de valores de cooperación en los
equipos de trabajo.

ABSTRACT
In today's world, education systems need modernizing, determination and desire for change in educational institutions, in order to improve their quality by their impact on the social, economic growth and individual development of man. Hence, the study is focused on the feasible project and design in a field study. The population consists of thirty (30) teachers and the sample by the entire population. The technique and instruments for data collection was based on a survey questionnaire type. Three experts validated the instrument, and reliability was obtained using the Cronbach (Alfa). The results obtained are focused to approximately 67% states that the organization does not provide the necessary resources, time, personnel, materials funds and facilities to develop comfortable work and analysis of the questions is observed that 85% of teachers states that the manager does not encourage harmonious interpersonal relationships that strengthen teamwork findings indicated that management does not set a culture that promotes continuous learning, where work and experiences with peers sharing. There is need for reconstruction and activation values of cooperation in teams.
