RESUMEN
El
estudio tuvo como objetivo proponer
estrategias gerenciales dirigidas a directivos y docentes para
mejorar la entrega de recaudos administrativo en el Centro de
Educación Inicial la Hormiga del municipio Barinas estado Barinas.
La investigación, se ubico en un estudio de campo, de carácter
descriptivo bajo la modalidad de proyecto factible. Por ser un
proyecto factible comprende tres fases: Diagnóstica, Factibilidad y
Diseño. La población, estuvo representada por 9 sujetos los cuales
son 1 directivo, 1 coordinador, y 7 docentes de aula pertenecientes a
la institución en estudio. Para recabar la información se utilizó
la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento dos cuestionarios
dirigidos a directivos y docentes con opciones de respuesta en escala
de Lickert. La validez de los instrumentos determino mediante el
juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad por el estadístico Alfa de
Cronbach. Se concluye que existen debilidades significativas en las
estrategias gerenciales desarrolladas por los directivos para mejorar
la entrega de recaudos administrativos de los docentes. Igualmente,
se le brinda poca importancia a las competencias gerenciales que
dinamicen el proceso administrativo en la organización escolar. Por
ello se recomienda abordar talleres de capacitación que permita la
planificación, control y seguimiento de un fin general.

ABSTRACT
The
study was aimed
to propose “management strategies
directed to managers and teachers to improve the collections delivery
administratively in the Center of Initial Education La Hormiga,
municipality Barinas, of the Barinas State. The investigation focused
im the cuantitative paradig, os type descrptive, in the modality of
feasible project. A feasible project comprises three (03) phases:
Diagnostic, Feasibility and Design. The population was represented by
9 subjects which are one manager, one coordinator , and 7 classroom
teachers belonging to the institution under study. To obtain
technical information from the survey and the questionnaires to
directors and teachers with the answer options Likert type. The
validity of the instruments is determined by the expert judgment and
reliability by Cronbach alpha statistic. It is concluded, that there
are significant weaknesses in strategies developed by management to
improve the delivery of administrative collections by part of
teachers. Also, you are given little importance to the managerial
competencies that stimulate the administrative process in school
organization. Therefore, it is recommended to address training
workshops to enable planning, controlling and monitoring a particular
purpose.
