RESUMEN 

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer un programa gerencial del aprendizaje cooperativo para fortalecer el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC`S) en los ambientes educativos. La investigación se identificó con el paradigma cuantitativo, mediante la aplicación de la modalidad del Proyecto Factible con apoyo en la investigación de campo y el estudio de carácter descriptivo. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento, un cuestionario aplicado a una muestra de treinta (30) docentes, siendo esta la población total de estudio. La validez de los instrumentos se realizó a través del juicio de expertos. El análisis de datos llevo a concluir que el gerente educativo de la Unidad Educativa “Alto Barinas Sur” requiere emplear estrategias cooperativas  para  generar nuevas expectativas de trabajo entre  los docentes con respecto al uso de las TIC`S.

COOPERATIVE LEARNING TO STRENGTHEN THE USE OF THE TIC`S.

                                                                                                  

   ABSTRACT  

This research aimed propose a program of cooperative learning to strengthen the use of the information and communication technologies in the educational environments. The Research identified with the quantitative paradigm, by applying the method of Feasible Project supported in field research and descriptive study. For data collection the survey technique was used and as a tool, a questionnaire applied to a sample of thirty (30) teachers, this being the overall study population. The validity of the instruments was carried through the trial of experts. The analysis of data led to conclude that the  educational Manager of the Education Unit “High Southern Barinas” required to use cooperative strategies to generate new work expectations between the teachers with respect to the use of the TIC`S.
